RUDDER REBUILD

I love plywood, but not in a rudder. This one hit a log and sheared clean off at the pintle. The new one is constructed of laminated and fibre glassed edge grain Douglas fir. Stainless steel threaded rod is laid in the core for lateral stability should moisture find its way under the glass in the future.
